Ana M. Frexes received her Juris Doctorate Law Degree from the Shepard Broad School of Law at Nova Southeastern University, in 1988.  She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989 and to the Federal Bar for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1990.  During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Joseph P. Farina, who presided as the Chief Judge of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. She obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Political Sciences in 1985.

Ana is highly experienced in the defense practice of workers compensation and insurance-related litigation. In addition, she is certified by the Florida Department of Insurance to teach workers compensation law, and is an active member in the Workers Compensation Section of the Florida Bar. In 2005, she opened her law firm specializing in workers compensation defense and represents numerous Insurance Carriers statewide including Claims Center, Specialty Risk Services, Strategic Outsourcing Inc. and State of Florida. She is also extremely active in the investigation of fraud with Florida’s Special Investigative Unit.

Ana’s broad experience in the area of workers compensation and insurance defense litigation, combined with her interpersonal skills and bilingual communication makes her an exceptional and zealous advocate for her clients. She is also an active contributor in social and community affairs, as well as professional organizations, through her memberships in the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association and the Coral Gables Bar Association.  

Adrienne Hausser is an attorney at Ana M. Frexes & Associates, P.A. She is a native Floridian who has been practicing almost exclusively in the area of Workers Compensation and appeals since graduation from Wake Forest School of Law in 2000. She also has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She practiced FDA law with the Law firm of Christine Humphrey & Associates. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Hausser taught English literature, argumentation and fiction writing at the University of North Carolina.

Natasha Vere is a Legal Assistant at Ana M. Frexes & Associates, P.A. She was born in Columbus, Ohio and raised for most of her life in Miami, FL. She fluently speaks English & Spanish. Maria recently graduated from Florida International University in Miami, FL with a Bachelors degree in English, in the top 5% of her class. Her responsibilities include preparing research, scheduling , requesting, organizing, and summarizing medical records and billing information, drafting pleadings, communicating with clients, and assisting in case management. She enjoys working at Ana M. Frexes & Associates, P.A. because she is part of a team which makes a difference in the lives of it's clients.

Rosa M Gutierrez is a paralegal at Ana M. Frexes & Associates P.A. She was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil where she was raised and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. In addition, Rosa graduated from Florida International University’s Legal Studies program with Paralegal certification. She has lived in four different countries and experienced a variety of distinct cultures that have contributed to her interpersonal skills. Her background includes administrative manager and accounting assistant. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently. Her responsibilities at the firm include receiving and analyzing new cases, drafting legal documents, discovery, and research. She also prepares the billing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. She has an enthusiastic and genuinely friendly attitude and enjoys being part of the team because each day brings new and exciting challenges.
